Partners sign agreement to establish the largest basalt manufacturing industrial complex

The new complex is designed to integrate basalt fiber production, reinforcement products, and pipeline manufacturing under one industrial platform — supporting Vision 2030 goals to localize advanced manufacturing and strengthen national supply chains.
